Bombolone are a labor of love but boy, oh boy, will people be asking you to make more before you have time to clean up the first batch! These Italian-style doughnuts are inspired by the classic Bombolone recipe, but I have incorporated the Petit Pot French dessert brand as a partnership recipe and they came out oh-so-fantastic.
