Pesto Lasagna
Two ingredients that make this recipe shine are homemade pesto sauce and cottage cheese. Substituting cottage cheese for ricotta adds protein and enhances the overall texture of the lasagna. This lasagna is perfect to make ahead for hosting and holidays because you can make ahead and then pop it in the oven in advance while you drink and eat and be merry :)

Grilled Plum Autumn Salad
Plums are underrated and need to become the star of the show! This autumnal salad is my beginning effort in that endeavor. How incredible is that?!
